Plain English, short as we could make it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and Adil will answer you himself.
Who we are
Converting Engine is a trade name of Daily Essentials Group LLC, a Florida company run by Adil Khan in Gainesville, Florida. "We" and "us" on this page mean Converting Engine.
What we collect
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- When you book a call: the booking page runs on Cal.com. It asks for your name, email, business name, website and, if you choose, a phone number. Cal.com sends that to our calendar.
- When you visit the site: our host, Cloudflare, keeps basic technical logs (like your IP address and browser) to keep the site running and safe. The text font loads from Google Fonts, which also sees your IP address.
- Personal links: some links we send include a business name (for example ?for=Smith Painting) so the page can say "Estimate for Smith Painting". The page only displays it. We don't store it.
Right now this site uses no analytics, no ad tracking pixels and no cookies of its own. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How we use it
To answer you, hold the call, send a written plan and invoice, do the work you hired us for, and keep the records a business has to keep. We don't sell your information, and we don't rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the tools that run the business, and only what each one needs: Google Workspace (email and calendar), Cal.com (booking), Cloudflare (hosting) and Mercury (invoices and payments). If the law requires it, we may also have to share information with authorities.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to work with you, plus what tax and business records require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law says we have to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask what we have about you, or ask us to fix or delete it: email [email protected].
- Got an email from us and don't want more? Reply "no" and we stop. You don't need to give a reason.
About our emails
We email businesses at the addresses they publish, like the one on their website or Google listing. Every email says who we are, and a "no" reply ends it for good.
When we work on your accounts
When you hire us, you add us to your website, Google profile or other tools as a helper. We never ask for your passwords. We use that access only for the work in your written plan, and you can remove us at any time. The domain, the site, the Google profile and the logins stay in your name.
Referral rewards
- We pay $250 for each new client you send us who signs our written agreement and pays the deposit.
- Tell us about them by email before or when they book, or ask them to mention your name on the call, so we know the referral is yours.
- We pay within 14 days after their deposit clears, by bank transfer, Zelle or check.
- One reward per new client, to the first person who referred them. Referring yourself, your own business or a current client doesn't count.
- This is for sending us clients, never for reviews. We don't pay for reviews.
- We may change or end the program. Referrals sent before a change still get paid under the old rules. We may ask for tax information if the law requires it.
Prices and payments
The prices on this site are what we charge today. The written agreement you sign is the final word on what's included and what it costs.
For Website That Books, you pay $750 to start, after you approve the written plan, and the balance after the walkthrough, once you agree the work on the list is done. Other projects have one fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. We don't promise rankings, a number of leads or a number of jobs.
Using this site
The words and design on this site belong to Converting Engine. "Sample Painting Co." in the phone pictures is made up to show the kind of work we do. Photos from other people are credited at the bottom of the main page. We work hard to keep this site right, but it comes as is, and Florida law applies to it.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this page
When we change this page, we update the date at the top.
